  1. What does the ReadyImages free trial provide?
    The ReadyImages free trial provides your entire company with full access to the ReadyImages service so that you can search and download from our collection of more than 1.5 million images. This complimentary trial allows for 30 free downloads for a period of up to 30 days.
  2. How can I use the images that I download during the Free Trial?
    You can use the images for the internal business purposes of your company, in client, partner and tradeshow presentations, employee training materials and other ways that are permitted under the ReadyImages license, as described at: http://images.copyright.com/image_permissions.asp.
  3. How do I get the complimentary trial set up at my company?
    There are three steps to getting the free trial set up:
    1. Go to the FREE TRIAL sign up and complete the registration form.
    2. Accept the trial license agreement terms and conditions on behalf of your company.
    3. When a ReadyImages service representative contacts you, please provide your company's IP address range.
  4. What is my company's IP address range and why do you need it?
    We have made ReadyImages very fast and easy to use by eliminating user logins and passwords. Instead, the ReadyImages website recognizes that you are accessing the service from your corporate network and automatically detects which company you are from. To do this, we recognize the public Internet Protocol (IP) address range that is assigned to your corporate network. Your IT department will be able to tell you what the public IP address range is for your company. We will keep your IP range confidential and will only use it to provide access to ReadyImages.
  5. Will I be able to access ReadyImages outside of my corporate network, either working from home or remotely?
    Yes, you will be able to access ReadyImages remotely as long as your corporate network allows for VPN access when working remotely. Your IT department should include the IP range of your VPN network when providing us with the IP range for your company.
  6. Do you have an explanation of the service that you can provide to my IT department to request the IP range?
    We suggest you forward the following request to your IT department:

    ReadyImagesTM is an annual subscription service from Copyright Clearance Center, Inc., that provides company-wide access to more than 1.5 million high-quality images, available for download and use under license. CCC developed ReadyImages to be very fast and easy to use by eliminating user logins and passwords. Instead, the ReadyImages website recognizes that employees are accessing the service from their corporate network and automatically authenticates access to our site so that employees can download images from the service. To do this we recognize the Internet Protocol (IP) address range that is assigned to your corporate network. Please provide your company's IP address range, including the IP range of your VPN access so employees working remotely can also access ReadyImages. ReadyImages will keep your IP range confidential and will only use it to provide your company with access to our service.
  7. Can I keep using the images that I downloaded after the complimentary trial ends?
    After your complimentary trial ends you can continue to use the presentation materials or other materials that you created using images downloaded during the trial, in accordance with the license terms. However, you cannot create new materials with the images after the trial ends. To continue to create new materials with the images you downloaded, you will need to subscribe to ReadyImages.
