Manage Your Fees
Update or change the royalty fees established in your original agreement with Copyright Clearance Center. Updates are applied on a quarterly basis and new fees go into effect at the start of each new quarter. Please follow the fee change submission schedule that has been established to give customers advance notice of pending updates.

New: Electronic Payments and Reports

Introducing a suite of services to help our publishers track permission royalities more efficiently, receive payments faster and identity new revenue possibilities.

Electronic Payments
It's now easier and more efficient to get your CCC royalty distributions with electronic deposit directly into your bank account. With each payment, you will receive an electronic cover letter and electronic distribution report, signaling payment has been made to your account. Your bank statement will include CCC payment information.

Sign up now to receive your Title Usage Reports electronically. Get quick access to your CCC licensing data in formats (.PDF and .CSV) that are easy to use and share with colleagues.

Streamlined Payments
In the fall of 2007, photocopy and digital royalties for our Annual Copyright License were combined into one payment. We'll soon extend this to our pay-per-use services and you'll receive a single payment and related distribution report for all services you're enrolled in.
