International Licensing and Permissions

CCC's international licensing team navigates the complexities of multinational copyright laws, negotiates agreements with international organizations and advocates on behalf of copyright holders. Each year we return tens of millions of dollars in royalties to U.S. rightsholders. CCC is a founding member of the International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations (IFRRO). Foreign Authorizations Service

Through bilateral agreements with other members of IFRRO, CCC provides content users in other countries rights to use and share works owned by U.S. copyright holders. These relationships enable CCC to repatriate royalties to U.S. copyright holders for the use of their valuable content.

International Document Delivery

CCC allows publishers to set market-specific prices and terms for cross-border document delivery globally, by country or by individual document deliverer. This enables publishers to fully control their terms and prices around the globe while enabling document deliverers to provide the immediate access and response time they need to serve their customers. CCC returns royalties to U.S. copyright holders from participating document delivery services around the world.
